Created from real life experience

Remote Retreats are created by a coach, strategist, trainer and former in-person retreat host who understands that not everyone does their deepest work in a room full of people.

Some people process best through conversation. Others need silence, structure and space before they can hear themselves clearly.

These retreats are built for the latter.

They draw on more than 15 years of work with capable adults navigating change, transition and self-inquiry, combining coaching psychology, counselling-informed communication, personality dynamics, embodied self-awareness and practical behavioural integration.

After running traditional retreats, it became clear that some participants wanted the depth of the experience without the group dynamics. Remote Retreats were created to offer that depth in a private, self-guided format.

No. Remote Retreats are self-guided. You move through the material in your own time, without a facilitator, group call or sharing circle. The structure guides the process without anyone needing to watch you work.

Is this therapy or counselling?

No. Remote Retreats are reflective, self-guided personal development experiences. They are not therapy, counselling, crisis support or medical advice. They are designed for emotionally stable adults who are able to reflect honestly and take responsibility for their own wellbeing while doing the work.

What if something comes up while I'm alone?

The retreats are paced deliberately, with grounding and breaks built in, so the work stays manageable and you set the depth. You can pause, slow down or stop at any point.
